SEAT Management

Shifting the paradigm to view IT hardware, software, applications and services requirement from a pure employee business role within an organization, we offer the concept of seat management.

An employee's IT requirements are provided based on the business role that he plays and charged based on a monthly, quarterly or recurring basis. When an employee joins, his 'IT seat' is provided and when he leaves, the seat is removed. The organization is relieved from owning IT assets and services to provide to the employee.

In turn, the organization contracts the IT needs as a service from us on a recurring fee basis.

Cloud Computing

We resell cloud computing offerings from Microsoft (Office 365) and IBM (Lotus-Live) along with providing IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) for service providers to house their services in our environment, charging on a recurring basis on the computing resources required.

Additionally, we can convert hosting customers into IaaS. We also function as an aggregator for ISVs providing SaaS (Software as a Service), running from our IaaS.

Utility

Based on the concept of capacity on demand, we are well known in the market for creating the Utility model which differentiates us from competitors.

While a typical enterprise computing infrastructure is on an upfront purchase or leasing on a pre-determined capacity right from the start, we offer a rental model where we own the assets but the equipment are deployed at the customer site, with customer having the flexibility to activate additional computing resources as and when required.

Our customers pay a recurring fee for the usage of the agreed capacity, with additional resources charged only upon activation.

This unique and practical approach allows the customers to pay only as per use, avoid huge upfront investments and the wastage of unused investments.
